TBS Beauty Suites – Easy Booking.

Welcome to the Easy Booking Concierge by TBS Beauty Suites. This service is designed to make your booking process stress-free. Our team will do the work of connecting you with the right independent stylist or service provider based on your request. While we cannot guarantee exact times (as all providers are independent), we will carefully review your request and align you with the stylist that best matches your desired service. For the best results, please provide multiple dates, a broad range of times that may work for you (e.g., ‘anytime after 3 PM’ or ‘all day’), and upload any inspiration photos. Please allow us up to 24 hours for a follow-up.

All providers are independent and bookings are not guaranteed, but TBS will make the process easier by assisting.


    Please note: There will be a $30 charge at the time of booking. $20 will go directly to your provider as a deposit (applied toward your service total). $10 is a non-refundable concierge service fee.

    It is up to the service provider to decide whether the $20 deposit is refundable in the case of a no-call or no-show. Please contact your provider directly for questions about cancellations, lateness, or refund eligibility.

    Refund Policy: If we are unable to secure a booking that works for your schedule or service request, you will receive a full refund of your payment. Refunds are processed immediately upon confirmation and may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
